Materials:<\/strong> Prime the cotton cone and let dry the colour. Apply the chalk colour vastly, let it dry and grind it with the sandpaper. Varnish the head and glue it on the top of the cone. Cut out the big stars from the garland. Glue the stars on the cone, paint the inner of the stars with the darker colour shade and wrap the wire around the cone. Crochet a 25 cm long chain from wool and wrap it as a scarf around the angel\u00b4s neck. Glue the tinsel as hair on the angel\u2019s head. Wrap the garland around the aluminium wire and glue it as halo on the head of the angel.
